Cancellation
Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to cancel your LegacyCare Plan within 14 days of entering into the agreement, without giving any reason. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing within the 14-day period.
Minimum Commitment Period
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, your plan will be subject to a minimum 12-month contract. During this period, cancellation is not permitted, and no refunds will be provided for early termination.
Cancelling After the Minimum Term
You may cancel your plan after the initial 12-month commitment by providing 30 days’ written notice. Upon cancellation, all plan benefits will cease at the end of the notice period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of annual subscriptions.
Client Responsibilities
Although we will contact you every November to review your documents, it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your personal circumstances (e.g., address changes, births, deaths, marriage, or divorce) that may affect your legal documents or communication between us. You must ensure we hold accurate and up-to-date contact details.
