Melanie is an experienced Private Wealth and Court of Protection solicitor, having practiced in these areas for the last 18 years and qualifying as a solicitor in 2012.
Melanie is dedicated to providing caring and professional service to clients.
Experience includes;
Court of Protection and Personal Injury Trusts.
Financial Deputyship Applications and the management of property and finances for vulnerable clients. Melanie is passionate about supporting vulnerable individuals and those who lack the mental capacity to manage their own affairs and places a considerable emphasis on developing positive relationships with the client and their family and support team.
Melanie has acted for many clients who have suffered from catastrophic lifetime injuries or birth injuries, resulting in complex needs and who’s assets are overseen by the Court of Protection or managed within a Personal Injury Trust.
